We install a piece of a managed internet gateway alongside your existing infrastructure and configure it accordingly.

This cannot be circumvented. By this we mean that in order for an individual to circumvent or prevent monitoring, it has to be configured from the device itself. Software based solutions typically slow down your internet connection and can easily be circumvented.
What sort of costs are involved?
This usually involves a monthly fee or an outright purchase and the installation fee will be waivered if you are an existing IT support client.
What sort of support can I expect once I purchased this product?
We tend to recommend the leased option as this will leverage a lot of the hardware responsibilities on us, however you can expect access to our one-of-a-kind helpdesk that is in place to support our IT Support clients.
