We will first try to resolve your IT issues remotely utilising a small subset of programs (Developed by ourselves as well as commercial programs). If the issue is not able to be resolved remotely, we will resolve them on-site at your offices. This is completed on a time-and-material basis and once resolved, an invoice will be payable.
